If you’re organising any event and need more than 20 units of our product items / Any complete order worth INR 10,000 and over is considered as bulk order; You would then require to place your order by writing to us or calling us.

You’ll need to do this at least 2-weeks before your delivery. We’ll do our best to make sure you get everything you need to make your event to remember. We can negotiate on discounts on bulk purchases if we deem that there is a scope and opportunity for us to provide you some benefits. But it will exclusively on case by case basis.
Our bulk pricing and rates are different from the MRPs mentioned on the website. Zenefashion prefers to showcase sampling of its products to the buyers but for an advance payment which is refundable. In specific scenarios, we engage in sampling for the buyers where we send the samples across for review and order placement. Please note the following terms for requesting samples;
1. Please mention the requested samples with photos clearly in your requested email firstname.lastname@example.org
2. We send a maximum of 1 sample per design unit on chargeable basis to any buyer for review, these samples are on returnable basis, so once returned, the full amount is refunded to the buyer after deducting the courier charges.
3. In case the buyer places an order after receiving samples, we deduct the sampling cost from the total order value; but the minimum order amount should be 10-times of the sample value.
4. In case there is any damage to the sample, the costs will be born by the buyer and will be deduced from the sample cost charged and will be refunded with the remaining value along with courier charges.
5. Once received, please send your views, comments and order details clearly over an email and purchase order
Orders & Shipping
Bulk orders received will have different processing timelines and shipping policies. Once a buyer places an order through a purchase order with clear quantities for each style, they will be provided with fulfillment details along with invoice. The dispatch and delivery time will depend on your order size, quantity, and location. The fulfillment document will have clear shipping deadlines for each product ordered or any other special request made from the buyer.
Our bulk order packaging is different from single order packaging. Please request for the same at the time of sampling.
We work on an advance payment policy. We require all buyers to pay 70% advance post order placement, and 30% before order is ready to ship. In a scenario, where a buyer would want to pay post shipment, we offer 50% advance payment and the remaining can within 1-week of receiving the goods against an LC (Letter of Credit) from your bank. We also accept NEFT payments.
